Why Sorrel
Women's health moves. It shifts with hormones, life stage, sleep, and whatever else is happening outside the exam room. A system built around a body that doesn't do any of that will miss most of it.
Most of the women I see are also the person everyone else depends on. Children, parents, partners, friends. Their own health gets whatever time is left over, which is usually none. I founded Sorrel to change that.
I spent more than a decade in traditional primary care watching it get harder to practice well. Appointments got shorter. Access got narrower. The time it takes to actually know a patient was the first thing cut, every year, without anyone ever deciding to cut it.
So I built the practice I wanted to work in. An hour for a first visit. Room to ask the second question, notice a pattern, and read a symptom against the rest of someone's life rather than against the clock. A plan that reflects what's medically right and what actually matters to you.
That's the whole model. Time, continuity, and a physician who knows you.
