Membership & pricing
Good primary care takes time. Not a rushed fifteen minutes once a year, but real visits, easy access in between, and a physician who knows your history and remembers what matters to you. Membership is how Sorrel makes that possible. Here's what it includes, and what it costs.
What membership makes possible
Membership is for patients who want a primary care physician they can actually reach. Not once a year, but when the question, the symptom, the refill, or the next step actually comes up.
- More timeYour first visit is 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 30.
- Direct accessMessage your doctor when something comes up, instead of starting over with a call center.
- ContinuityOne physician who knows your history, goals, medications, labs, family context, and preferences.
- Care that stays connectedPrimary care, perimenopause, menopause, metabolic health, medications, symptoms, prevention, and referrals get considered together.
- More support between visitsExpanded messaging access, lab discounts, Fullscript discounts, and follow-up that gets easier the longer we work together.
Here's what your membership includes
- Your own physician, every visit. Not whoever's on call.
- Longer visits. A full hour to start, 30 minutes for follow-ups.
- Easy access. Same-day and next-day availability, unlimited visits, no co-pays, direct messaging.
- Everyday primary care. Physicals, screenings, vaccines, sick visits.
- Chronic condition management. Thyroid, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, ADHD, metabolic health and weight management (including GLP-1 medication management), and more.
- Women's health, perimenopause, and menopause care. Contraception, cycle concerns, hormone therapy.
- In-office procedures. Biopsies, cyst removals, joint injections, sutures, IUD removal.
- Lab review, referrals, and coordination. Results explained, referrals followed up.
- Virtual care. From home, anywhere in Washington.
- One app for everything. A premium Guava account pulling together your records, labs, medications, and wearable data.
- Fullscript account. Evidence-based supplements at a member discount.
Discounted cash pricing on labs and imaging. Home visits at the clinic's discretion. Add home medication delivery for $5/month and get 1,000+ common generics delivered to your door.
Membership is not insurance and doesn't replace a health plan. It covers your care at Sorrel, not prescriptions, labs, imaging, specialists, or hospital care.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
No. Sorrel is cash-pay, which is what buys you the time and direct access. Many members keep insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and major medical needs.
What if I can't afford membership?
We hold a limited number of need-based, sliding-scale memberships, about 1 in 10, at a reduced or waived monthly fee. If cost is the barrier, reach out to join the waitlist and we'll offer you a spot as one opens up.
What does the registration fee cover?
A one-time $150 fee covers setting up your care: your records, your intake, and getting everything ready for a real first visit.
What about labs and medications?
Those aren't part of your monthly fee, but you get transparent, discounted cash prices, so you'll always know the cost up front.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Memberships of $175 or less per month may be eligible for HSA or FSA funds, which at Sorrel is our 18–29 rate. Eligibility depends on your plan, so please confirm any use of HSA or FSA funds with your plan administrator.
